1No stock wanted
Creators want ready-to-sell SKUs and shareable links, not inventory to hold.
Cross-Border E-commerce
A creator workspace plus a 1688 drop-shipping hub, with PayPal and Stripe multi-currency payments, multi-tenancy and English/Chinese UI.

Yiwu Ouhu Import & Export Co., Ltd. runs cross-border social commerce for influencers and MCN agencies in Europe and North America, sourcing from 1688 and shipping from a Yiwu warehouse to the US. Previously, each influencer arranged dropshipping, shipping and payments alone, agencies had no consolidated view, and link attribution and commissions were reconciled by hand. The goal: creators pick products and share links, while headquarters runs goods, logistics and money.
1No stock wanted
Creators want ready-to-sell SKUs and shareable links, not inventory to hold.
2Manual attribution
Which link drove an order and who earns the commission was tracked by hand.
3Costly returns
Standard shipping takes about 10 days to the US, and return postage often exceeds item value.
4Untracked chargebacks
PayPal and card disputes were refunded upfront with no dedicated reporting.
Creators need a light selling workspace; fulfillment needs a heavy sourcing and settlement backbone.
Instead of handing creators yet another storefront builder, Shanku built the layer between influencers and the 1688 supply chain: creators see only products, links and commissions, while headquarters handles sourcing, shipping and payouts. A multi-tenant English storefront closes the sale, with a custom domain and theme for each creator or branch.
Creator workspace
Pick products, generate a unique referral link and track orders; commissions split into earned, paid and pending.
1688 sourcing hub
Ops bind 1688 product IDs and upload 5+ images at 800×800; approved listings lock and purchase data syncs semi-automatically.
Yiwu fulfillment
The Yiwu warehouse receives, packs and inspects; dedicated lines reach the US in about 10 days, with express on demand.
English storefront
USD pricing with shipping shown separately, multi-currency checkout via PayPal and Stripe, and invoices issued on payment.
Multi-tenant branding
Data is isolated per creator or branch, each with its own domain and theme on one shared backend.
Chargeback reporting
Buyer dispute rates are reported separately and feed into product selection and after-sales policy.

Commission becomes withdrawable
Every order carries the creator ID from the referral link; returns are reshipped rather than collected, since return postage outweighs item value.
Zero-inventory selling
Every catalog item is instantly promotable, with no store, stock or logistics to set up.
Link-level attribution
Orders are stored with the creator ID, so commissions are traceable and agencies manage creators in bulk.
One backend, many brands
Tenant isolation plus custom domains means a new creator or branch needs no new site.
Low-return catalog
Launched with jewelry, wigs, nail and makeup products, deliberately leaving out high-return apparel.
Screens are prototypes or rebuilt with sample data. They contain no real client data, amounts or accounts.
