Step by step

Each step lists your part, our part and what you receive.

    Our part

    • Reply within 1–2 days

    Your part

    • Read the requirements document
    • Click through the prototype and point out what is wrong or missing
    • Answer the open questions

    Our part

    You receive

    • Requirements document (features + open questions)
    • Clickable prototype that opens in a browser
    • Proposal deck

Why it mattersYou get to use the future system before paying, and confirm it is exactly what you need.

FAQ

How long does a project take?

A mini program or simple system takes about 2–4 weeks, a mid-size system 1–2 months, and large platforms are delivered in phases. You get an exact schedule at the proposal stage.

What if requirements change during development?

Small tweaks are simply made. New features are estimated first and added only with your approval, or moved to phase two. No surprise charges.

Who owns the source code?

You do. At handover you receive the complete source code, documentation and every account.

I am not technical. Can I follow the progress?

Yes. You get a weekly report, and the test environment works in any browser or on your phone.

What if something breaks after launch?

Fixes are free during the one-year warranty, and we respond the same day during the pilot.

Can it run on our own servers or intranet?

Yes. We deploy to cloud servers, your own data center, government intranets and fully private environments.
