1Confusing bundles
Base tickets combine with rides and attractions in many ways, so window staff spent long queues explaining each one.
Tourism
Referrer-driven sales with commission paid only after check-in, rotating QR redemption and an AI customer assistant.

The client runs a scenic-area tourism business built around bundled tickets and multi-day tours. Sales used to rely on ticket windows and tour guides explaining options in person, and guide commissions were reconciled by hand. They needed a WeChat mini program for direct and referral sales: visitors choose a package and pay online, referrers earn by sharing, and staff verify tickets by scanning a code on site.
1Confusing bundles
Base tickets combine with rides and attractions in many ways, so window staff spent long queues explaining each one.
2Disputed referrals
Who referred which order at which tier was tracked by hand, leading to frequent disputes with guides.
3Unclear payout timing
Paying commission at checkout meant refunds and no-shows left money that was hard to claw back.
4Seat and cut-off errors
Coaches report numbers a day ahead with fixed seats, yet tickets sold past cut-off and cancelled seats stayed taken.
Referrers need freedom to promote, but commission must wait until the visitor actually travels.
Shanku stripped the shipping logic out of a proven e-commerce foundation and rebuilt it around three tourism flows: bundled tickets, referral sales, and ticket verification. Visitors and referrers use the mini program; operations, finance, and check-in settings live in the PC console.
Package-based selling
Each SKU is a package tier with its own inclusions, insurance, minimum group size, and referral commission.
Referrer program
Referrers pick products and generate branded posters; visit and purchase relationships are tracked separately to block self-referral.
Commission on check-in
Payment only records the referral. Commission is credited per SKU after the ticket is scanned, with a breakdown attached.
Rotating QR tickets
Ticket QR codes expire after about one minute and can be refreshed; multi-attraction bundles can be checked item by item.
AI customer service
Each product can link to an AI knowledge base that syncs automatically when attractions or policies change.
Cut-off and group rules
Sales cut-off is configurable, e.g. 17:00 the day before departure; cancelled orders release their seats automatically.

Commission is credited and can be withdrawn
Commission is credited only after check-in, and withdrawals are validated on both client and server against the available balance.
Shorter queues
Visitors choose packages, enter details, and pay on their phones, so window staff no longer walk through every bundle.
Traceable payouts
Every commission ties to an order, SKU, and check-in record that referrers can review themselves.
Lower payout risk
No commission is owed on trips that never happen, because nothing is credited before check-in.
Reusable for new tours
Packages, commissions, cut-offs, and group rules are product-level settings, ready for day trips or two-day tours.
